This depends largely on your project. Simple drywall repairs can take a day or two. Bathroom and Kitchen remodels can take anywhere from two to six weeks depending on the scale of the project and the work involved.

No. If you’ve ever worked with contractors in the past on any decent sized project, chances are you’re familiar with the ‘1/3 vanishing act’. It’s when a contractor takes an upfront payment, get’s about 1/3 of the way through a project, then lands another project and leaves yours to go collect a new deposit. It is frustrating and can take months to get them back out to wrap up what they started.
At MAPL, you get our undivided attention. We take on one project, and we don’t move on until it’s completed. We’ll see you every working morning at 9, and give you a rundown on the work that got completed that day, every day.

We understand no one wants to come in after we’re done with a project and spend a bunch of time cleaning up after us.
We use a one-sided tacky plastic sheeting that gets rolled out over hardwood and carpet. We use drop cloths for painting or anything involving liquids. Plastic sheeting to cover all furniture and appliances. If the project necessitates, we put up zip walls to section off the project area from the rest of the home. After the project is completed, we take everything up and do a thorough clean of the project area and surrounding areas.
